Whole & Worthy Women is a supportive counseling group for women ages 18 and older who are navigating or healing from coercive control, emotionally abusive relationships, or unhealthy relational dynamics.
This group is designed for women who may be experiencing challenges within romantic relationships, family systems, friendships, workplaces, or other environments that have caused emotional harm or loss of self-worth. Together, participants will explore healing, boundary-setting, rebuilding self-trust, and developing healthier patterns in a supportive and encouraging environment.
The goal of this group is to help women reconnect with their voice, strengthen their sense of self, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and support from others who understand similar experiences.
